About Tiana Montella
Concurrent with her graduate studies at Loyola University Chicago, Tiana Montella serves as an intern to the consulting teams at Ketchum Change, a consultancy focused on creative change and communications. Her duties include developing and implementing communication recommendations, evaluating group performance for efficiency, and analyzing data of client projects to build reports. Before joining Ketchum, Tiana Montella completed an organizational development internship at IRI, a Chicago-based marketing firm. She held a wide range of responsibilities, from coordinating focus groups to measuring the success of leadership workshops. Further, Ms. Montella assisted with IRI’s employee engagement initiatives by creating supportive content.
Tiana Montella enjoys spending her free time exploring the outdoors, cooking, and attending the opera. She also likes to read and counts Mary Newton Stanard, Erik Larson, and Edgar Allen Poe among her favorite authors. An avid athlete, she previously played libero for a women’s national volleyball team. Additionally, she has traveled to Florida, Texas, and Hawaii and looks forward to visiting Europe.
